A private leadership journal with AI-powered synthesis. Captures daily reflections — wins, tensions, energy levels, and relationship dynamics — then uses Claude to surface patterns and generate 1:1 prep and quarterly narratives. Built with Next.js, Supabase, and the Anthropic API.
